Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Knowledge of the logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure, negotiate, and secure carriers to move freight cost-effectively and meet client needs.
• Provide consistent service to carriers and internal customers to grow the pipeline.
• Develop carrier relationships through lead generation, cold-calling, and referrals.
• Analyze carriers and freight markets to meet customers' freight needs.
• Aim to exceed monthly sales margins and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Communicate proactively with carriers and sales teams to fulfill commitments and resolve issues.
