Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
- 5+ years in logistics or supply chain management.
- Experience in carrier/account/solutions management of 3PL with a focus on transportation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Carrier Account Management team toward revenue and market share goals.
- Source new carriers and expand relationships within existing portolio; explore lanes and services.
- Monitor productivity and KPIs; use data-driven insights to refine sourcing.
- Collaborate with pricing, commercial, and admin teams to win new business.
- Present capabilities to carriers, including C-suite executives; promote carrier-centric service.
