Kenco Logistics is seeking a Manager – Carrier Account Management to lead and develop a Carrier Account Management team. You will source new carriers, expand capacity, and drive profitably priced procurement decisions across multiple service lines.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills, with a focus on delivering performance while maintaining carrier relationships and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Carrier Account Management team to source and onboard carriers, expand lanes, and grow capacity.
• Monitor productivity and KPIs; use data insights to optimize sourcing and procurement.
• Collaborate with pricing, commercial, and admin teams to win new business and clear roadblocks.
• Provide strategic guidance on carrier procurement costs, market trends, and negotiations.
• Present capabilities to carriers including C-suite executives to build long-term relationships.
