Job summary

A & L Finish Carpentry LLC in Saint George, UT is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator/Scheduler to keep projects on schedule and drive progress from start to finish.

You will bridge field and office, coordinate installations, track materials and billing data, and communicate with clients and subcontractors. This full-time role requires reliability and good organizational skills; occasional site visits are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating projects between field and office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and track installs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Comfort with site visits and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Bridge gap between field and office by collecting job details, schedule installations, track completed items, material procurement, client communications, and data collection for each job from start to finish and send then send data to billing.
• Assign and schedule jobs for installers.
• Create jobs in system and manage all information including providing job with address info, pictures of plans provided, information from estimate(s)
• Collecting and maintaining information of what has been installed or needed for each job.
• Will make and take calls from Superintendents, Contractors, Builders, Homeowners to discuss details regarding jobs that need to either be started or completed.
• Make notes and enter necessary job information into our electronic system so everyone is aware of what is going on with the job.
• Drive to different job sites if needed, to check on projects and/or work completed or work to be done. Take pictures and make notes about those jobs in our system.
• Responsible for making sure materials have been delivered prior to the job getting started. And that payment is collected if necessary.
• Occasionally deliver material or supplies to job sites. (material would be dropped off with the company truck)
