Job summary

347 Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Project Coordinator to support construction projects across the Salt Lake County area. You will assist the Project Manager with daily planning, reporting, and coordination, with frequent travel to multiple job sites. A company vehicle is provided.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction or utilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, and solid math skills. Drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction or utility industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and related software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical aptitude for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination
• Maintain and update construction schedules
• Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors as the schedule changes
• Communicate daily construction activities to CM and PM
• Provide regular updates to the team on project status and progress
• Update plan vs. actual performance tracking
• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports and change orders
• Review daily paperwork for compliance
• Track and validate work units and deliverables
• Verify Field Change Order requests and paperwork are complete
• Enter submittals and documentation in client systems
• Escalate field issues
• Use broad problem-solving skills to solve problems on the fly
• Ability to travel to different job sites, heavy travel
• Heavy tracking and data entry
• Overtime required during busy season

We have an immediate need for a Field Project Coordinator to support construction projects throughout the Salt Lake County, Utah area. This position requires effective communication, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills. This position will report to and work alongside the Project Manager and aid in daily project planning and reporting and travel throughout the Salt Lake County area. Company vehicle provided.
