Job summary

Qualifications

• Some experience in carpentry work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some skill in the use of tools, materials and equipment commonly used in the performance of carpentry work
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in commercial/industrial maintenance environment
• 2 years’ experience in carpentry work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Physical Requirements: ADA-Heavy Work

Responsibilities

• Maintain 600,000 square feet of building space and ensure operational reliability.
• Renovate, repair, and perform functional alterations as required.
• Procure materials, manage projects, and construct new structures.
• Work with hand and power tools and heavy equipment; follow work orders.
• Schedule is 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
