Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of skilled carpentry experience or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and estimate material and labor.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled carpentry work in support of projects and maintenance orders.
• Remodels and repairs cabinets, doors, walls, ceilings, and related structures.
• Installs windows, performs refinishing, and may do routine electrical/plumbing repairs as needed.
• Adheres to safety procedures and participates in trainings and certifications.
