Job summary

OSU-Oklahoma City is seeking a skilled maintenance associate to perform facility operations with minimal supervision. You will handle construction, HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks, and assist with moving furniture and equipment on campus.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety practices, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Evening or weekend shifts may be required to support campus needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in general trades maintenance.
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in mechanical, electrical, plumbing tasks and preventative maintenance.
• Document daily work, maintenance reports and replacement needs.
