Qualifications

• Education and Experience: four (4) years of experience in one or more of the building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some positions may require possession of a valid Oklahoma Commercial driver’s license with appropriate endorsements.
• Some positions may require performing moderately heavy lifting or other manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry work in the construction or renovation of buildings or additions to existing structures.
• Installs, replaces, alters, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures and related equipment.
• Maintains and repairs electrical, heating, refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment not requiring a license.
• Constructs, maintains and repairs concrete foundations and related structures.
• Operates and maintains equipment used in construction and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
