Job summary

You will perform diverse tasks from building renovations to equipment maintenance, following safety guidelines and supporting facility upkeep. Four years of building trades experience are expected, with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability in carpentry, plumbing, electrical trades and related tools.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work unsupervised in building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry work in construction or renovation of buildings; erects, maintains and repairs fixtures and structures.
• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Maintains and repairs lighting, electrical systems and HVAC equipment.
• Installs and maintains locks and security devices; changes tumblers and keys.
• Constructs and repairs foundations, walls, walkways and fireplaces; lays bricks and blocks.
• Operates and maintains construction and maintenance equipment and vehicles.
