Zusammenfassung

RED APPLE SERVICES LLC is seeking a Regional Manager of Facilities to oversee multiple school facilities, ensure preventive maintenance, manage budgets and capital projects, and coordinate with districts, vendors, and contractors across state lines. The role requires strong leadership, schedule management, and travel as needed.

You will lead a team of Facilities Supervisors, monitor contracts for compliance, and report quarterly facility updates to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution—construction, project management, business, or related field preferred, but not mandatory.

Aufgaben

Assist Facilities Supervisors with scheduling and tracking work orders, including preventive maintenance.
Assist VP of Facilities with day-to-day operations of a portfolio of educational facilities and properties.
Create and build preventive maintenance processes for extended life of facility components.
Develop repair and maintenance budgets, annual and long-term capital improvement budgets.
Maintain detailed records and tracking systems for facilities operations and costs across multiple locations.
Oversee safety and compliance with Building Codes and local/state/federal regulations.
Coordinate with schools, contractors, vendors, and landlords; manage bids and contracts.
Travel to assigned locations to ensure service levels and support.
