• Travels between properties within a region to assist with makereadies, work orders, curb appeal, capex projects, etc.
• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance, diagnosing causes and making repairs per policies, safety standards, and code.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing: pre-move-out inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing tasks, and inspecting work.
• Follows procedures to access and obtain materials from the maintenance department, tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor about shortages.
