Job summary

Red Apple Services LLC is seeking a Regional Manager of Facilities to lead and oversee the maintenance and operation of multiple school facilities. The role focuses on scheduling work orders, budgeting, contract management, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.

You will coordinate with schools, vendors, and contractors, lead capital projects, and ensure facilities operate efficiently across locations while upholding CSUSA standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 7+ years of property/facilities management experience.

• May perform other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Supervisors with scheduling and tracking work orders, including preventive maintenance.
• Assist VP of Facilities with day-to-day operations of multiple educational facilities and properties.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance processes and monitoring systems.
• Develop capital and operating budgets for facilities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and contracts across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with schools, contractors, vendors, and landlords; oversee contract bidding and performance.
