Job summary

White Oak Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Consultant to lead maintenance programs across North and South Carolina. The role oversees boilers, generators, and building systems, coordinating with administrators, corporate leaders, and contractors.

The successful candidate will balance strategic planning with hands-on guidance, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency while traveling regionally between centers in NC and SC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of maintenance experience in healthcare or commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and building specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for maintenance operations across NC/SC.
• Develop, implement, and monitor standardized maintenance policies and systems.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Coordinate major repairs, projects, and contractor supervision.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety documentation.
