Job summary

Premier Professional Systems, Inc. is seeking a VP of Account Management for the Carolinas (NC/SC). The role owns enterprise accounts, coordinating cross-functional Premier teams to drive growth, retention, and value realization across our solutions and services.

You will engage C-suite stakeholders, develop integrated strategic account plans, and lead executive reviews to demonstrate ROI and business impact. Travel within the US is expected as part of a dynamic, high-touch client program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in account management, consulting, sales, or healthcare strategy.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across the member organization, including executive leadership.
• Establish presence with senior decision-makers to influence strategy and partnership direction.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for the member relationship.
• Develop, maintain, and execute integrated strategic account plans aligned to priorities.
• Lead regular executive engagement cadence and executive-level discussions on performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional Premier resources for enterprise-wide engagement.
• Maintain understanding of member strategy and evolving needs.
• Generate reference accounts and success stories to grow the business.
