Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in electrical sales.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales management positions.
• Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or provide CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc. for this position.

Responsibilities

• Establish new and build on existing relationships with key customers and distributors to enhance sales volume and customer service.
• Plan, direct, and drive the sales resources to assure adequate account coverage.
• Understand competitors' products, tactics, pricing, and competitive position in the district.
• Plan and manage the sales to assure adequate coverage of accounts.
• Create strategic plans and implement product line initiatives and launches.
• Build close relationships with key customers and distributors to enhance sales volume.
• Understand electrical products and their competitive position within the district.
• Identify, analyze, select, and improve the district’s channels to market.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and energize sales personnel.
