The role directs all sales activities to achieve performance goals, coaching and training sales professionals, and developing customer relationships to drive market share gains and price attainment across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of electrical sales experience.
• 3+ years in sales management roles.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• Eaton does not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or equivalent work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with key customers and distributors to increase sales and service.
• Plan and direct sales resources to ensure adequate account coverage.
• Understand competitors’ products, tactics, pricing and market position.
• Develop and execute strategic plans; implement product line initiatives and launches.
• Build relationships with customers and distributors to grow volume.
• Understand electrical products and district competitive positioning.
• Identify and improve channels to market within the district.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales personnel.
