You will visit job sites, collaborate with the estimating team for quotes, and represent PSG professionally on DOT projects. A hunter mentality, strong communication, and resilience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience in sales or business development.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
• Hunter mentality with comfort prospecting, cold-calling, and closing new business.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand an assigned book of business.
• Close new accounts while retaining and growing existing relationships.
• Visit active job sites to understand customer needs firsthand.
• Coordinate with estimating to deliver fast, accurate quotes.
• Represent the company professionally on job sites and with DOT customers.
