Helix Traffic Solutions is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to manage and grow the Carolina territory. You will hunt new accounts, close deals, and maintain strong relationships while visiting job sites and coordinating with the estimating team to deliver timely quotes.

In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, blue-collar setting, with compensation heavily tied to performance. Regular travel across North and South Carolina and a company-supported benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience.
• Proven sales experience with a history of driving revenue growth and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Hunter mentality with ability to prospect, cold-call, and close new business.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and accountable with a drive to improve results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business.
• Proactively hunt and close new accounts while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Visit active job sites regularly to understand customer needs firsthand.
• Coordinate with in-house estimating to deliver fast, accurate quotes.
• Represent PSG professionally in blue-collar, industrial, and DOT environments.
