Job summary

Helix Traffic Solutions, LLC is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to manage and grow our business in the Carolinas. You will be out in the field, visiting active job sites and construction sites, closing new accounts, and expanding relationships.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, proven sales success, hunter mentality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting with a company-provided vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of revenue growth.
• Hunter mentality with ability to prospect and close new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in account management and landscape of industrial/blue-collar clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business.
• Proactively hunt and close new accounts while retaining and expanding relationships.
• Visit active job sites and construction sites regularly to understand customer needs.
• Coordinate with estimating team to deliver fast, accurate quotes.
• Represent PSG/Helix professionally in blue-collar, industrial, and DOT environments.
