Job summary

LifeWise Academy is hiring a part-time vehicle driver to transport students and volunteers safely to and from LifeWise sites. You will ensure vehicle cleanliness, perform safety checks, and model a calm, caring demeanor for children.

Qualifications include a clean driving record, ongoing background checks, and compliance with medical and drug-testing requirements. CDL endorsement may be required for larger vehicles as specified by state rules.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church with aligned doctrine.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault incidents in five years.
• Underg o background check and drug testing as required.
• Annual Physician's Statement for drivers with known medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Transport students and volunteers to and from LifeWise sites.
• Obey traffic laws and ensure bus cleanliness and safety.
• Inspect and refuel the vehicle as needed.
• Assist students entering/exiting and monitor behavior.
• Volunteer in LifeWise classroom when approved by Director.
