Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and staff.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Ensure portion control and garnishing as instructed.
• Assist kitchen staff and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain freshness, proper cooking status and temperatures of served food.
• Maintain daily logs and required meal service documentation.
