Job summary

StoryPoint Clinton Twp is hiring a Dietary Aide to join our resident-focused culinary team. This full-time daytime position (9am-5pm) involves assisting in food preparation, plating meals per dietary guidelines, and maintaining sanitary dining areas.

You will support the kitchen staff, manage meal service for residents, and help ensure accurate portioning and timely service, in a warm, community-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) or technical school.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage meal service for residents.
• Some food service experience required.
• Great communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Ensure freshness, cooking status and proper temperature of all food being served.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout work areas.
• Stocks and cleans station for next shift.
