Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Ensure freshness, cooking status and proper temperature of all food being served.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout work areas.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
