Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Part-time Dietary Aide to support meal service for residents in Michigan. The role includes preparing and plating food according to the menu, maintaining sanitation, and assisting kitchen staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage meal service for residents.
• Great communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure that sufficient food is prepped and/or prepared.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor and maintain sanitation.
