Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide in Michigan. Shifts are 8am-2pm and 4pm-8pm. You will prepare and plate meals for residents, ensure dietary guidelines are followed, and help maintain sanitation in food service areas.

The role requires the ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and prior food service experience. This position offers an opportunity to join a team dedicated to resident well-being and quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or technical school.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage meal service for 20 residents.
• Some food service work experience required.
• Great communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and/or prepared.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
