The Waters of Syracuse is looking for a Dietary Aide to join our caring team. You will help prepare meals, set up dining areas, and deliver dishes to residents while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and dining environment.

We value friendly communication, physical stamina, and a true commitment to resident well-being. A high school diploma is required; food service certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dietary aide with customer-service focus.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prepare meals per instructions using kitchen equipment.
• Friendly, clear communication with residents and staff.
• Physical stamina for a fast-paced dining environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up tables and dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to rooms on schedule.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup and plate collection.
• Maintain hygiene and dispose of leftovers.
• Keep stations clean and stock ingredients.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and inventory.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels.
