The Waters of Covington is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our residents with high-quality meals and compassionate service in a state-of-the-art care setting.

In this role you will assist with food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and collaborate with the dietary team to meet residents' dietary needs while delivering outstanding customer service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and service in the dining room, ensuring residents receive high-quality meals and excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to dietary regulations and safety standards.
• Assist with menu planning, food sorting, and dietary needs of residents.
