Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under dietary manager or cook supervision, following safety rules.
• Deliver dishes and trays to residents promptly and accurately.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup: clear dining areas and collect dishes.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep food stations clean and wash dishes and utensils.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and manage inventory.
• Help in maintaining kitchen equipment and appliances.
