You will operate ground equipment, adapt to rotating shifts, and perform safety-conscious tasks to support efficient air cargo operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to safely operate forklift, luggage tug, and tow tractor.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete training.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously and 70 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor equipment such as tugs, forklifts, and tow tractors.
• Adjust to flexible shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and adverse weather.
• Perform safety-aware behaviors while meeting time constraints.
• Elevate, load, dump, and transport mail and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring on-time shipments.
• Protect cargo and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
• Use ground equipment in congested areas to route mail and cargo effectively.
• Load cargo onto carts to reach destinations efficiently.
• Operate scanners and computers to route mail and cargo.
