QAS Quantem Aviation Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for QAS Cargo in THS. The role emphasizes safe, cost-effective use of facility equipment and labor, aligned with Inland’s service standards and regulatory requirements.

You will lead staff, coordinate schedules, support hiring and training, and ensure safety and compliance across shifts. Prior aviation or base-lead experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced facilities or aviation setting is preferred.
• Strong time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and cost-efficient use of facility equipment and labor.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling and training of staff.
• Lead audits and respond to inquiries from airline and authorities.
• Promote safety practices and ensure station operates profitably.
