Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of Lead-level experience preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings and keep the location updated on new developments.
• Ensure station focuses on customer service, retention and relationships.
• Assist Operations Manager with audits and reporting; handle airline and FAA questions.
• Assist Base Operations Manager in hiring, scheduling and training; discipline and promotion of employees.
• Audit and maintain that all station activities meet safety, regulatory compliance and asset protection requirements.
• Support ongoing safety and regulatory compliance across staff and equipment.
