Job summary

Delta Airlines in Dover, USA seeks a Cargo / Shipment Agent to support cargo operations, ensuring shipments arrive on time and in good condition. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, operating forklifts, tugs, and other equipment, and you will handle freight for aircraft.

Valid driver's license.
Ability to operate forklifts, tugs, and tow tractors; completion of relevant training.
Proficiency in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, tugs, and tow tractors to load, unload, and transport cargo and mail to and from aircraft.
Follow safety-conscious procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area under time constraints.
Lift, load, and unload cargo weighing up to 50 kg (110 lb) and occasionally up to 70 lb, following ATC regulations.
Use scanners and computer systems to route and track shipments accurately.
Participate in check-in and security processes, including obtaining and retaining an airport badge with a customs seal.
Operate on a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, in any weather condition.
