Alliance Ground International is hiring an Office Agent at TPA North Cargo Building A. The role involves coordinating shipping details, collecting charges, and ensuring compliance with TSA, FAA, and CBP regulations.

You will manage import/export documents, communicate with customers, and support cargo operations in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Authorisation to work in the United States if located in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Convey shipping instructions to the customer services counter.
• Retrieve import documents and deliver export documents to/from aircraft.
• Accept cargo in accordance with TSA, FAA, government and air carrier rules.
• Accept dangerous goods following FAA and IATA regulations.
• Release imported international freight after CBP clearances.
• Collect air freight charges and process related paperwork.
• Handle calls from customers professionally and promptly.
• Report documentation discrepancies to the Office Lead and resolve issues.
• Complete all required paperwork and enter data in the company system.
• Follow safety procedures and complete required training.
• Be on time, prepared, and flexible with hours including nights/weekends/holidays.
