Job summary

Greenwich House in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Case Aide for the Caregiver Services Program to support client engagement, ensure compliance, and assist with outreach.

The role performs administrative tasks, pre-screens calls, arranges services, and helps reopen cases; requires good communication, computer literacy, and English proficiency. Spanish or Russian helpful; hybrid work at 81 Willoughby St.

Qualifications

• BSW or BA in human services or related field; one year experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and written recording abilities.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn program-specific software.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish or Russian helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director with tracking and documenting respite and supplemental services.
• Follow up with clients regarding receipt of services.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure program connection.
• Attend in-service trainings and staff meetings.
• Assist with program outreach as assigned.
• Explain and interpret agency programs to callers and provide information.
