Greenwich House is seeking a dynamic Case Aide to join the Caregiver Program in Brooklyn. You will support compliance, assist staff, pre-screen calls, arrange services, and help reopen cases for the Caregiver Services program.

The role emphasizes strong administrative skills, client engagement, and collaboration with social workers. Candidates have a BA/BSW or related degree with relevant experience and must be proficient in English; Spanish or Russian is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSW or related BA in human services or gerontology, or an associate’s degree with 1 year relevant experience.
• Good communication skills and ability to learn program-specific software.
• Strong writing/recording skills and English language proficiency.
• Spanish or Russian language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director with tracking and documenting respite and supplemental services.
• Follow up with clients regarding receipt of services.
• Make follow up calls to ensure client engagement.
• Attend in-service trainings and staff meetings.
• Assist with program outreach and explain agency programs to callers.
• Record statistical data and prepare monthly reports.
• Maintain communication with social workers.
