Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to support seniors in our Lakeville community. You will provide personalized care, assisting with daily tasks and activities, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

We value reliability and empathy, offer on-site training, and encourage teamwork. This role requires 18+, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn medication assistance with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (assisted living/memory care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
