Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Maple Grove, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our team. We provide Assisted Living and Memory Care in intimate communities, and you will work directly with residents to provide personal care.

We value empathy, strong communication, and reliability. Training is provided for medication administration and ongoing development. All shifts (PT & FT) include every other weekend; AM, PM, and NOC shifts available.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications with training provided.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, empathy, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergencies.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM, PM, and NOC Shift Availability
• Part Time Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
