Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping seniors and thriving in person-centered care. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support, making each day brighter.

We welcome experienced caregivers and new certifications alike. Training is provided, with dedicated leadership and opportunities to grow within our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability.
• All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
