Senior Helpers Milford, MA is seeking an organized scheduling and staffing coordinator to manage caregivers, align assignments with care plans, and maintain profit margins on each case.

You will handle caregiver scheduling, recruit and orient new staff, audit timecards, and represent the company at local events and job fairs. A strong background in customer service and healthcare staffing is preferred, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in staffing/recruiting.
• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on care plans.
• Maintain scheduling of caregivers and resolve conflicts; prepare schedule for next day/weekend.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, testing, and orientation of new personnel.
• Represent the company at job fairs and community events.
• Participate in on-call after-hours rotation, including weekends and holidays.
