Job summary

Senior Helpers Milford is actively hiring for a full-time coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling, recruiting, and on-call rotation. The role supports client care plans, ensuring coverage while maintaining compliance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a staffing/recruiting position.
• Professional experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using multi-line phones and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for scheduling conflicts.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must pass a criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregivers based on care plans and client information, maintaining gross profit margin.
• Schedule caregivers and resolve conflicts; ensure coverage for the next business day and weekend.
• Maintain caregiver files and licensing/insurance documents; update WellSky as directed.
• Audit timecards to ensure hours match scheduled hours.
• Enter applicant and employee data into information systems and maintain compliant files.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, testing, selection, placement and orientation of new personnel.
• Represent the company at job fairs and community events and other recruitment locations.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays.
