Job summary

Senior Helpers Rock Hill seeks a dedicated Scheduler to coordinate caregiver assignments, manage client schedules, and support care planning. You will work closely with families and caregivers to ensure timely, quality service in clients’ homes.

The role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and reliable problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with on-call duties and routine documentation. This position is on-site at our Rock Hill office.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in scheduling/logistics or staffing is preferred.
• Familiarity with home care or healthcare staffing is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload based on goals and priorities.
• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on care plans.
• Maintain caregiver scheduling with three days' lead time.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to clients and families.
• Track scheduling changes in company software.
• Assist in handling on-call duties as required.
• Support hiring discussions and ensure caregiver documentation is up to date.
• Audit timecards and resolve scheduling discrepancies.
