Qualifications

• Prior scheduling, staffing, or home care experience preferred.

• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with caregivers and clients.
• Ability to problem-solve and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency; experience with scheduling software is a plus.
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, experience, and location.
• Handle caregiver call-outs, schedule changes, and coverage needs.
• Communicate with caregivers regarding their schedules, assignments, and availability.
• Communicate with clients and families regarding scheduling needs and changes.
• Monitor open shifts and work proactively to fill staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Work closely with the office and recruiting team to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Help ensure continuity of care for our clients.
