Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor degree preferred; can substitute with education/experience; 2+ years in admin/HR/customer-service roles.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management, including hiring and termination as needed.
• Scheduling of client and caregiver schedules using AxisCare.
• On-call responsibilities for clients, caregivers, and referrals.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• Assist with in-home assessments and client satisfaction initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality client service from initial calls to home visits and consultations.
• Adhere to operating standards and state compliance requirements.
