Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Manager to support scheduling, administration, and operations under the Recruiting Manager and Operating Director. The role includes sharing on-call duties and ensuring smooth office function.

Ideal candidates will manage caregivers, coordinate client visits via AxisCare, and help maintain high-quality client service while complying with state requirements and Cornerstone policies.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in admin/sales/customer service/HR.
• Minimum two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR functions.

Mansioni

• Manage caregiver hiring and termination as needed.
• Schedule client and caregiver via AxisCare software.
• Share on-call responsibilities with other managers.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• Support intakes and ensure client satisfaction with in-home assessments.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits.
• Adhere to operating standards and state compliance requirements.
