Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Toledo, Ohio. This full-time management role collaborates with the Recruiting Manager and Operating Director to optimize caregiver scheduling, client service, and office operations.

The role includes on-call duties, caregiver hiring/terminations, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for an associate/bachelor degree and 2+ years’ admin/HR experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; associates/bachelor may substitute
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Administrator/HR or in office management
• Experience managing scheduling/employee oversight a plus

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire/terminate caregivers as needed
• Schedule client and caregiver calendars using AxisCare
• Manage on-call responsibilities
• Provide general office support to Operating Director
• Assist with in-home assessments and ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to home visits
• Adhere to operating standards and state compliance
