Synergy HomeCare of Anthem in Henderson, NV, seeks a Part-Time Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules and client services. You will manage daily coverage, communicate with caregivers and families, and help plan staffing two weeks in advance in a fast-paced home care setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and teamwork, with Sundays to Thursdays 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and a 20-hour workweek; in-person, in a supportive family-owned agency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of office and scheduling experience, preferably in home care, healthcare, or staffing
• High school diploma or GED required; additional HR or healthcare certifications a plus
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in scheduling software and basic computer programs (e.g., Excel, Word)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and compassionate
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information

Responsibilities

• Daily Scheduling & Coverage: review caregiver schedules for current day and upcoming shifts.
• Caregiver & Client Communication: notify caregivers and families of assignments and changes.
• Scheduling Coordination & Planning: review schedules 2 weeks in advance and coordinate time-off requests.
• Documentation & Team Support: maintain scheduling notes in AxisCare and escalate concerns.
• Other duties: support client satisfaction and caregiver performance in coordination with teams.
