Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for services requested by clients.
• Monitor overtime and mileage records of employees.
• Provide direction to direct care staff to ensure safe coverage of client needs.
• Maintain adequate numbers of on-call staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and employee records.
