HomeWell Care Services GA345 is seeking an HR & Staffing Coordinator to support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, compliance, engagement, and retention in Peachtree Corners, GA. The role collaborates with agency leadership to ensure qualified staff and high-quality client care across the organization.

We value detail-oriented, process-driven professionals with strong communication and customer service skills who can manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records in our CRM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of related experience in HR, recruiting, scheduling, home care or healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong customer service orientation with diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, online recruiting tools, and other computer applications.
• Ability to exercise initiative, solve problems, and apply sound judgment.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers to maintain a pool based on client needs and post job opportunities.
• Source and engage candidates through online boards, resumes, social media, and other channels.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and required documentation.
• Manage caregiver records in CRM and ensure background checks are completed.
• Adjust schedules, communicate assignments, and resolve staffing gaps promptly.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, training, and regulatory requirements.
