HomeWell Care Services of Delaware is seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to manage the full-cycle hiring process for caregivers and administrative staff. You will source candidates, screen, interview, extend offers, and guide new hires through onboarding and early engagement.

The role includes coordinating pre-employment checks, maintaining ATS records, and driving the 90-day retention program to reduce turnover and strengthen workforce stability.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Proven interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle caregiver and administrative hiring from sourcing to 90 days.
• Coordinate pre-employment processing including background checks and screenings.
• Guide candidates through onboarding, orientation, and initial scheduling.
• Support 90-day retention program with regular check-ins and feedback.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS and report updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and community partners to build talent pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with HomeWell policies and Delaware regulations.
